Fees for Selling

Once we provide a quote our professional fees are fixed so you know how much you will be charged at the end of the transaction. Our professional fees start at $995 and increase slightly for more detailed and complex matters. Contact us today and let us tailor a package to suit your needs and budget!

DISBURSEMENTS 

The following disbursements are payable in addition to our professional fees. They are charged as we incur them – there is no margin added:

Postage, faxing, copying and sundries: $35
Archive fee – we keep your file to hand for next time you consult us: $45
Searches for the Contract for Sale – it depends on each individual
property. There may be a substantial amount
of searches which will increase the amount
that will be payable by you:		 as incurred,

But between
$200 & $400
Banking your cheque following settlement : $15
Courier fees: as incurred
Settlement agent’s fee: $50

We will do an interim invoice of $125 plus GST and disbursements once the contract has been prepared and forwarded to the real estate agent. The disbursements will include all the searches that were required to complete the contract for sale. The balance will be payable upon settlement of the matter.

GST is charged in addition to the fees and disbursements
