We believe that you should be aware of the full cost of buying or selling a property at the very beginning of the transaction to allow you to budget accurately.
Our professional fees start from $995 plus GST and disbursements and are payable upon completion of the transaction. The fees increase slightly according to the complexity of the matter. Once we quote you our professional fee it is then fixed and will not change. We will provide you with a written quote so there are no surprises at the end!
We incur disbursements (out of pocket expenses) on your behalf which are payable by you in addition to our professional fees.
